15) No Agency Relationship

Doctor2Patients.com, and a registered user are solely independent contractors. No other relationship exists between Doctor2Patients.com and the user.

16) Resolution of Disputes

You and Doctor2Patients.com, agree that any claim or controversy at law or equity that arises out of this User Agreement, Privacy Policy or our services shall be resolved through arbitration. Arbitration is a form of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in which parties choose an impartial third party to hear and decide the dispute. This arbitration hearing will be held in Bexar County, Texas or another location mutually agreed upon by the parties.
